Hourly Billing Rates. The Hourly Billing Rates set forth as Exhibit “B” shall remain fixed for the first three (3) years of this Contract. If due to applicable price escalations and/or reductions which impact the Contractor’s Hourly Billing Rates, the City and Contractor may execute a written amendment to this Contract to establish new Hourly Billing Rates for the renewal term(s). The City Manager may approve changes in the Hourly Billing Rates based on the recommendation of the City’s Electric Utility Director or designee.
