During the Term, Contractor shall provide Covered Parts, Miscellaneous Hardware and Spare Parts for Planned Maintenance, Unplanned Maintenance and Extra Work.
Provider shall proceed with the Substantial Unplanned Maintenance Service only following written receipt of approval from Owner, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable Law (including Environmental Law).
Owner and Provider shall develop a budgetary estimate to perform Unplanned Maintenance Services and Emergency Services.
