Common use of Holiday Pay at Termination Clause in Contracts

Holiday Pay at Termination. All employees who terminate prior to completing the probationary period shall not be entitled to cash compensation for holiday comp hours accrued. Employees who have completed the probationary period shall be entitled to one hundred percent (100%) of the total holiday comp hours accrued up to a maximum of eighty (80) hours.
