An employee who works on a designated holiday, which is a scheduled workday, shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked on the designated holiday, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday if the majority of the employee's shift was worked on the designated holiday. Lieu days earned pursuant to this clause shall be scheduled by mutual agreement.
