Common use of Holiday Availability List Clause in Contracts

Holiday Availability List. Prior to March 31 of each year, employees shall notify the Employer in writing of the holidays for which they are willing and available to accept work. Subject to Article 10.03, the Employer shall offer work on a holiday to such available employees with the most seniority. If client needs on a holiday cannot be met by the employees who have indicated their willingness and availability to accept work on that holiday, the Employer may assign client visits to other employees in reverse order of seniority.
