Common use of Hiring Hall Committee Clause in Contracts

Hiring Hall Committee. There shall be established a Hiring Hall Committee, composed of three (3) Union representatives and three (3) Employer representa- tives, which shall have the power to make and promulgate rules and regulations for the operation of Hiring Halls which are not incon- sistent with the terms of this Agreement including rules or proce- dures for its own operation.

Hiring Hall Committee.
