Health, Safety and Welfare. The Contractor/Vendor should ensure safe and healthy working condition at work for compliance of the Provisions of Factories Act, 1948. The Contractor/Vendor should provide all the Safety measures and his supervision to ensure safety at work site. The contractor/Vendor shall ensure that only medically fit persons are engaged for job after medically examined by Certifying Surgeon. (11)
