Common use of Health Insurance Premium Clause in Contracts

Health Insurance Premium. 1. Beginning on January 1, 2014 (December payroll) the District will offer a $400 deductible driver plan and the buy up plan. The District will provide for each employee eligible to participate in the plans up to $938.40 per month or 68%, whichever is greater, of the Driver family medical plan. If an employee chooses another insurance plan offered by the District, the employee will pay the difference between the monthly premiums for their designated plan tier. Plan tiers are: single; 2 party; single + 1 child; single + children; family.
