Common use of Health Insurance Premium Clause in Contracts

Health Insurance Premium. 1. Beginning on January 1, 2014 (December payroll) the District will offer a $400 deductible driver plan and the buy up plan. The District will provide for each employee eligible to participate in the plans up to $938.40 per month or 68%, whichever is greater, of the Driver family medical plan.
