Coordination of Benefits Where the eligible employee is insured for similar benefits under more than one plan they will be required to follow the co-ordination of benefits as outlined by the carrier. Change in Carrier The Employer will provide the Union with thirty (30) days’ notice of any change in carrier. Any new carrier must provide the specific benefits set out in this Collective Agreement, and do so in substantially the same manner as the previous carrier.
