Health Care Paraprofessionals. Those parapros assigned to a specific student(s) due to special circumstances or training may need to move to another building with the student should their position fall in line with that available position during the end-of-year bid meeting. All Class IV/V parapros will bid on positions based on seniority. Any Health Care parapro whose job is eliminated may exercise job rights as identified in Article VII. Should a position be eliminated, parapros may apply to future positions with a letter of interest.

Health Care Paraprofessionals. Those parapros assigned to a specific student(s) will move from one building to another as the student to which they are assigned moves from building to building. An exception will be made when two or more health care and/or classroom parapros spend the predominate time in a single classroom. In that case, the District and Union agree to provide the option to the senior (classification) employee to remain in the classroom or move with a transferring student. If a student is transferred to a program outside the Western School District, the health care position may be eliminated. Any Health Care Parapro whose job is eliminated may exercise job rights as identified in Article VII.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B.
