Common use of Health and Welfare Benefits Clause in Contracts

Health and Welfare Benefits. All benefits shall be kept whole during the deferral period of the plan. Full-Time Employees Only Employees will be allowed to participate in health and welfare benefits plans during the year of the leave, but the full cost of such plans will be borne by the employees. Contributions to the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan will be in accordance with the Plan. Notwithstanding the above, employees will not be eligible to participate in the disability income plan during the year of the leave.
