HEALTH AND SAFETY CONDITIONS. (a) Except as set forth in Schedule 2.20(a), the Seller is in compliance with all Laws designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, and any program, whether governmental or private, designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions including without limitation the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, as well as any similar state or local Law.
