HEALTH AND SAFETY CONDITIONS. A. The Board agrees to maintain health and safety conditions at each school site in compliance with applicable statutes and/or regulations. A teacher may file an “Unsatisfactory Condition” report for the following conditions: (1) situations which may cause or contribute to accidents, incidents, or present a hazard to personnel and/or (2) chronic maintenance problems which have not been resolved.
