HCP Oversight Committee. The City shall establish an HCP Oversight Committee (“OC”) to advise it in carrying out its responsibilities under the HCP. The OC shall function as described below.

Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund.
