HARRASSMENT AND BULLYING. 9.9.1 The CSCC is committed to providing a work environment that is conducive to good workplace relations. The CSCC will not tolerate any form of harassment or bullying, and employees have a legal right to be treated fairly and equitably. The CSCC policies will help ensure that employees are not subject to any workplace harassment. The CSCC, its management, representatives and employees are required to abide by these policies at all times.

  • Industrial Accident and Illness Leave shall be granted for illness or injury incurred within the course and scope of an employee's assigned duties. The employee who has sustained a job-related injury shall report the injury on an Office approved accident form to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours. An employee shall report any illness, in writing, to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours of knowledge that the illness is an alleged industrial illness. Requirements for such leave shall be:

  • Professional Development and Training 4.1 The purpose of professional development and training requirements for interpreters is to maintain the skill levels interpreters possess at the time they pass their interpreter certification examination, and to further enhance their skills and knowledge.   • Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional. Any additional cost incurred by the Contractor shall be addressed under the provision for changed conditions. The Contractor agrees that the Geological and Water Resources Division and the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources may inspect the Work at reasonable times.

  • Bullying and Harassment Neither DFMC nor you will engage in behaviour that is, or may be reasonably considered to be, intimidating, bullying or harassing or commit any act or behaviour which is offensive or abusive in connection with this Contract. If you are in breach of this clause, DFMC may suspend the collection of your milk for a period of 5 days or until such time as DFMC determines (acting reasonably) that the behaviour has been rectified.
