HANG TAGS. Hang tags shall be issued, activated and deactivated by the Licensor. Licensee shall distribute to the Licensee Users Hang Tags based upon the information provided by Licensee to the Licensor, and thereafter, Licensee shall periodically provide the Licensor with a list of Licensee Users authorized to utilize the Parking Rights under this Agreement. In the event that any information changes on the list, including the removal or addition of Licensee Users, Licensee shall provide the Licensor with written notice of any changes within five (5) business days. A Hang Tag shall be used only by the Licensee User to whom it is issued. The Licensor may, from time to time, reasonably verify that the user of a Hang Tag is an authorized Licensee User. In cases of unauthorized use of a Hang Tag, the Licensor may refer the matter to Licensee for investigation and to take appropriate action to curtail the unauthorized use. In the event the Hang Tag of a Licensee User is lost or stolen, the Licensor shall replace such Hang Tag and charge Licensee the administrative fee listed in Exhibit A. At the sole option of the Licensor, a system other than Hang Tags may be used, upon thirty (30) days’ written notice by the Licensor to Licensee.

  • Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $500,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation.   • Changes in Equipment, Systems, Etc USBFS reserves the right to make changes from time to time, as it deems advisable, relating to its systems, programs, rules, operating schedules and equipment, so long as such changes do not adversely affect the services provided to the Trust under this Agreement.

  • Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. Wet Weather All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.

  • Unbundled Copper Loop – Non-Designed (UCL-ND 2.4.3.1 The UCL–ND is provisioned as a dedicated 2-wire metallic transmission facility from BellSouth’s Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to a customer’s premises (including the NID). The UCL-ND will be a “dry copper” facility in that it will not have any intervening equipment such as load coils, repeaters, or digital access main lines (DAMLs), and may have up to 6,000 feet of bridged tap between the End User’s premises and the serving wire center. The UCL-ND typically will be 1300 Ohms resistance and in most cases will not exceed 18,000 feet in length, although the UCL-ND will not have a specific length limitation. For Loops less than 18,000 feet and with less than 1300 Ohms resistance, the Loop will provide a voice grade transmission channel suitable for Loop start signaling and the transport of analog voice grade signals. The UCL-ND will not be designed and will not be provisioned with either a DLR or a test point.

  • Unbundled Copper Loop – Designed (UCL-D) 2.4.2.1 The UCL-D will be provisioned as a dry copper twisted pair (2- or 4-wire) Loop that is unencumbered by any intervening equipment (e.g., filters, load coils, range extenders, digital loop carrier, or repeaters).

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
