Common use of Group Health Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Group Health Insurance Coverage. Upon employee’s separation from employment with the Company, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans, Employee may elect to continue group health insurance coverage(s) at Employee’s own expense pursuant to COBRA and in accordance with the group health insurance plan. Additional information about continuation coverage under COBRA will be provided to Employee separately.
