Site-Based Decision-Making Operating Principles Sample Clauses

The Site-Based Decision-Making Operating Principles clause establishes the foundational rules and procedures for how decisions are made at the individual site or facility level within an organization. It typically outlines the composition and roles of site-based teams, the scope of their authority, and the processes for making and documenting decisions, such as consensus-building or voting methods. By clearly defining these operating principles, the clause ensures that decision-making is transparent, inclusive, and aligned with broader organizational goals, thereby promoting effective local governance and reducing ambiguity or conflict over site-level actions.
