Scope; Definitions. Provider shall comply with the requirements set forth in this Appendix. This Appendix relates to Services whereby Provider collects, accesses, processes, stores, transfers, transmits, uses, discloses, or otherwise handles any Personal Data. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between any provision of this Appendix and the Agreement, the more stringent requirement shall prevail.
