Government Property List. The Government Property List attached to the solicitation and the resulting contract identifies all Government property offered to the Seller on a no-charge-for-use basis to perform this contract and the dates of availability for each item. Post-award, the inventory of Government property accountable to this contract is maintained in Seller's approved property management system based on Seller's quarterly property reports. After receipt of the Seller’s initial quarterly property report, Buyer may delete the Government Property List from the contract.

Government Property List. The Government Property List in Section J of the solicitation and the resulting contract identifies all Government property offered to the contractor on a no- charge-for-use basis to perform this contract and the dates of availability for each item. The Contracting Officer will update the list as changes occur so that it always identifies all the Government property authorized for transfer to the contractor under this contract, whether or not the items have actually been transferred. The Government Property List is not intended to include all Government property accountable to this contract; the inventory of Government property accountable to this contract is maintained in the Electronic Procurement Exchange/Property Management Module (Epx/PMM) based on the contractor’s quarterly property reports.

Government Property List. The Government Property List in this contract identifies all Government-owned items and information available to the contractor on a no-charge-for-use basis for performance of this contract, and the dates of availability. The Contracting Officer will update the list as changes occur so that it always reflects all the Government property authorized for transfer to the contractor, whether or not actually transferred. The contractor must obtain approval of the Contracting Officer or designee before property transfers occur, except for property with a unit cost less than $10,000 transferred within an approved Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS). Transfers between contracts must be documented in a DD Form 250, DD Form 1149, Contracting Officer letter, contract modification, or email. This documentation shall serve as the only record necessary to document transfers.

  • GOVERNMENT PROPERTY (a) Company may furnish to Seller property as may be required for performance of work under this Agreement, or have Seller acquire such property as mutually agreed. Title to property furnished or acquired shall vest in the Government, and hereafter be referred to as "Government property." If Seller purchases property for which it is entitled to be reimbursed as a direct item of cost, title shall pass to the Government upon delivery of the property to Seller. Title to all other property, the cost of which is reimbursable to Seller, shall pass to the Government upon the earliest of (1) issuance of property for use in performance, (2) processing property for use in performance, or (3) reimbursement of cost of property. Title shall not be affected by the incorporation or attachment to any property not owned by the Government, nor shall any Government property become a fixture or lose its identity because it is affixed to any realty.

  • Government Use If the Software, Documentation, Materials and any other Licensor services are being or have been acquired with U.S. Federal Government funds, or Customer is an agency, department, or other entity of the United States Government ("Government"), the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Software or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, manuals or Materials, is restricted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.212 for civilian agencies and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 227.7202 for military agencies. The Software, Materials, and any Licensor services are COMMERCIAL ITEMS AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION. Use of the Software and Materials by the Government is further restricted according to the Agreement and any amendment hereto.

  • GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY (1) The Government shall deliver to the Contractor the Government-furnished property described in this contract. The Government shall furnish related data and information needed for the intended use of the property. The warranties of suitability of use and timely delivery of Government-furnished property do not apply to property acquired or fabricated by the Contractor as contractor-acquired property and subsequently transferred to another contract with this Contractor.

  • DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY A. In the event of loss, destruction, or damage to any System Agency or State of Texas owned, leased, or occupied property or equipment by Performing Agency or Performing Agency’s employees, agents, Subcontractors, and suppliers, Performing Agency shall be liable to System Agency and the State of Texas for the full cost of repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the lost, destroyed, or damaged property.

  • LOAN OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY The parties shall enter into a NASA Form 893, Loan of NASA Equipment, for NASA equipment loaned to Partner.

  • Government Programs The Property is subject to the government programs listed below or on the attached exhibit: . Seller shall provide Buyer with copies of all governmental program agreements. Any allocation or proration of payment under governmental programs is made by separate agreement between the parties which will survive closing.

  • Government Code Claim Requirement No suit for money or damages may be brought against the City until a written claim therefor has been presented to and rejected by the City in conformity with the provisions of San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 10 and California Government Code Section 900, et seq. Nothing set forth in this Agreement shall operate to toll, waive or excuse Contractor’s compliance with the California Government Code Claim requirements set forth in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 10 and California Government Code Section 900, et seq.
