Government Property Accountable to Other Government Contracts. This paragraph does not apply to Government-furnished material. The contractor may request authorization to use Government property in their possession accountable to other U.S. Government contracts if the Contracting Officer of the other contract provides written authorization for rent-free, non-interference use on this contract. Such requests shall be submitted via the Lockheed Xxxxxx Procurement Representative for processing and approval. If use is authorized by both the Contracting Officer of this prime contract and the accountable contract, in the event of Loss, Theft, Damage or Destruction (LTDD), the using contract shall be responsible for the repair or cost of replacement of Government property. If use is authorized, it shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the accountable contract as well as the Contracting Officers’ approval letters. (g)

Use is authorized on the basis that it will not interfere with performance of the Government contracts under which the property was originally furnished or acquired, and such use shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of those contracts as well as the appropriate Contracting Officer’s approval letter. This paragraph does not apply to Government-furnished material.

  • GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS Except as set forth in Disclosure Schedule (3.20), as of the Closing Date, no Credit Party is a party to any contract or agreement with any Governmental Authority and no Credit Party’s Accounts are subject to the Federal Assignment of Claims Act (31 U.S.C.   • GOVERNMENT PROPERTY (a) Company may furnish to Seller property as may be required for performance of work under this Agreement, or have Seller acquire such property as mutually agreed. Title to property furnished or acquired shall vest in the Government, and hereafter be referred to as "Government property." If Seller purchases property for which it is entitled to be reimbursed as a direct item of cost, title shall pass to the Government upon delivery of the property to Seller. Title to all other property, the cost of which is reimbursable to Seller, shall pass to the Government upon the earliest of (1) issuance of property for use in performance, (2) processing property for use in performance, or (3) reimbursement of cost of property. Title shall not be affected by the incorporation or attachment to any property not owned by the Government, nor shall any Government property become a fixture or lose its identity because it is affixed to any realty.

  • Government Data Practices Vendor and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Contract. If the Vendor receives a request to release the data referred to in this article, the Vendor must immediately notify Sourcewell and Sourcewell will assist with how the Vendor should respond to the request.

  • Reports and Government access The Contractor shall promptly furnish reports, certificates, financial statements, and other pertinent information requested by the Contracting Officer for the administration of this clause and to determine that an event or other criterion prompting a financing payment has been successfully accomplished. The Contractor shall give the Government reasonable opportunity to examine and verify the Contractor's records and to examine and verify the Contractor's performance of this contract for administration of this clause.

  • USE OF CONTRACT BY OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES At the option of the Contractor, the use of the contract resulting from this solicitation may be extended to other governmental agencies, including the State of Florida, its agencies, political subdivisions, counties, and cities. Each governmental agency allowed by the Contractor to use this contract shall do so independent of any other governmental entity. Each agency shall be responsible for its own purchases and shall be liable only for goods or services ordered, received and accepted. No agency receives any liability by virtue of this bid and subsequent contract award.

  • RESPONDENT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY The Respondent shall be liable for all damages to government-owned, leased, or occupied property and equipment caused by the Respondent and its employees, agents, subcontractors, and suppliers, including any delivery or cartage company, in connection with any performance pursuant to the Contract. The Respondent shall notify the City of Xxxxxx Procurement Manager in writing of any such damage within one (1) calendar day.

  • LOAN OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY The parties shall enter into a NASA Form 893, Loan of NASA Equipment, for NASA equipment loaned to Partner.
