GOVERNMENT LICENSE RIGHTS. All Software provided to the U.S. Government pursuant to solicitations issued on or after December 1, 1995 is provided with the commercial license rights and restrictions described elsewhere herein. All Software provided to the U.S. Government pursuant to solicitations issued prior to December 1, 1995 is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS as provided for in FAR, 48 CFR 52.227-14 (JUNE 1987) or DFAR, 48 CFR 252.227-7013 (OCT 1988), as applicable.

If you acquired the SOFTWARE in the United States of America, this Software License Agreement and Warranty are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. If you acquired the SOFTWARE outside the United States of America, local law may apply.

Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, all U.S. Government licensees and end users acquire the Xxxxxxxxx Software with only those rights set forth herein. Contractor/manufacturer is Xxxxxxxxx Dental Supply, Inc.

Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212, 48 C.F.R. 27.405(b)(2) (June 1998) and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202, all U.S. Government end users acquire the use of Licensed Software, Update and Related Documents with only those rights as are granted to other end users pursuant to the terms of this XXXX.

Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, all U.S. Government licensees and end users acquire the Dolphin Software with only those rights set forth herein. Contractor/manufacturer is Dolphin.
GOVERNMENT LICENSE RIGHTS. If Software is being acquired by or on behalf of the U.S. Government or by a U.S. Government prime contractor or subcontractor (at any tier), then the Government's rights in Software and accompanying documentation shall be only those set forth in this Agreement.

Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, all U.S. Government licensees and end users acquire WIN-911 PRODUCT with only those rights set forth herein. Contractor/manufacturer is WIN-911 Software.
