Government Free Entitlement Funding. 3+ year olds ● We support applications from children who are eligible for the Free Entitlement Funding for 3 and 4 year olds. Parent/carers can apply for up to 15 hours per week through Pre-School at the beginning of each term. Staff and the bursar can offer advice and support throughout the process. ● Each session at Pre-School be it morning or afternoon is counted as 3 hours. ● If a child attends a full day 9-3pm, that is 2 sessions, which equals 6 hours. ● At Pre-School parent/carers can receive, for free, up to 5 sessions per week, per term. ● If a child claims hours at another provider they can still claim hours with Ramsbury Pre-School. The maximum that can be claimed across the two providers added together is 15 hours. The minimum hours that can be claimed at an individual setting are 2.5 hours. ● If a child does more sessions than they have funding for they will be charged for the unfunded hours as per the fee table in Section 1.2.

On receiving approval for their funding, Pre-School will confirm available sessions. ● We use the additional income from the slightly higher rate that the Local Government pays us for Funded 2 year olds to pay for the following for that child: o snack and dinner fees; o fees for events or school trips; and o additional support that a child may require e.g. speech and language, SEN, behaviour assessments and support activities. ● Parent/carers will only be issued a xxxx if they have chosen to add additional sessions or clubs to the child’s timetable.

  • GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY (1) The Government shall deliver to the Contractor the Government-furnished property described in this contract. The Government shall furnish related data and information needed for the intended use of the property. The warranties of suitability of use and timely delivery of Government-furnished property do not apply to property acquired or fabricated by the Contractor as contractor-acquired property and subsequently transferred to another contract with this Contractor.

The custodian named above has given the participant the disclosure statement required by Regulations section 1.408-6. The participant and the custodian make the following agreement:

  • GOVERNMENT PROPERTY (a) Company may furnish to Seller property as may be required for performance of work under this Agreement, or have Seller acquire such property as mutually agreed. Title to property furnished or acquired shall vest in the Government, and hereafter be referred to as "Government property." If Seller purchases property for which it is entitled to be reimbursed as a direct item of cost, title shall pass to the Government upon delivery of the property to Seller.   • SUPPLANTING GOVERNMENT FUNDS 18 CONTRACTOR shall not supplant any federal, State, or COUNTY funds intended for the 19 purposes of this Agreement with any funds made available under this Agreement. 20 CONTRACTOR shall not claim reimbursement from COUNTY for, or apply sums received from 21 COUNTY with respect to, that portion of its obligations which have been paid by another source 22 of revenue.
