Fee Table definition

Fee Table refers to the fee tables which are part of the GLOBALG.A.P. System Rules and which are attached to this Agreement as part of Annex 1 in the version that is valid at the time of conclusion of this Agreement, as they may be updated from time to time.
Fee Table means the “Fee Table” in the Acceptance Pages. Flexi-Fi means FlexiFi Europe Limited (registration number 600124) being the credit provider under the Agreement and otherwise referred to in the Agreement as ‘we’ or ‘us’. Fee Table means the sum of money that an approved provider charges a parent/guardian for childcare services before the discount of any subsidy. The fee table must be agreed between the parent/guardian and the approved provider before the parent/guardian signs off on the Parent Statement and Applicant Declaration Form.

Related to Fee Table

  • Unit Price Table means the table of prices per unit set out in the Contract;

  • Fee Tariffs means the fee tariffs specified in the Fees Rules under the activity group A.1 Deposit acceptors (ignoring any minimum fee or zero rated fee required pursuant to the Fees Rules but taking into account any applicable discount rate); and

  • Table means the table at the end of this §4a.

  • Water table means the upper surface of a zone of saturation, where the body of ground water is not confined by an overlying impermeable zone.

  • Emission Summary Table means the table prepared in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05 and the Procedure Document listing the appropriate Point of Impingement concentrations of each Compound of Concern from the Facility and providing comparison to the corresponding Ministry Point of Impingement Limit or Maximum Concentration Level Assessment.

  • 2001 CSO Mortality Table means that mortality table, consisting of separate rates of mortality for male and female lives, developed by the American Academy of Actuaries CSO Task Force from the valuation basic mortality table developed by the Society of Actuaries Individual Life Insurance Valuation Mortal- ity Task Force, and adopted by the NAIC in December 2002. The 2001 CSO mortality table is included in the Proceedings of the NAIC (2nd Quarter 2002) and is supplemented by the 2001 CSO preferred class structure mortality table and may be obtained from the office. Unless the context indicates otherwise, the “2001 CSO mortality table” includes both the ultimate form of that table and the select and ultimate form of that table and includes both the smoker and nonsmoker mortality tables and the composite mor- tality tables. It also includes both the age−nearest−birthday and age−last−birthday bases of the mortality tables.

  • Table 2 means Table 2 of the Reporting ITS.

  • Composite mortality tables means mortality tables with rates of mortality that do not distinguish between smokers and nonsmokers.

  • Applicable Fee Percentage means, as of any date of determination thereof, the applicable percentage used to calculate certain of the fees due and payable hereunder, determined by reference to the appropriate columns in the Pricing Matrix attached to this Agreement as Schedule 1.1.

  • HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first calendar day of any given month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a calendar day (D) (other than the first calendar day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Commitment Fee Percentage means, with respect to the Revolving Loan Commitments at any time, the per annum percentage which is used to calculate Commitment Fees for such Revolving Loan Commitments determined pursuant to the Pricing Grid.

  • Turbidity means the cloudy condition of water due to the presence of extremely fine particulate materials in suspension that interfere with the passage of light.

  • Table of Contents is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached “Table of Contents” (identified by “SA-10”).

  • Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.
