General Financial Statement Requirements. All information provided by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to any member of the Genworth Group pursuant to this Article V shall be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with the procedures and practices in effect prior to the Closing Date with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by the Company to any member of the Genworth Group (and where appropriate, as presently presented in financial and other reports delivered to the board of directors of Genworth), with such changes therein as may be reasonably requested by Genworth from time to time, and any changes in such procedures or practices that are required in order to comply with the rules and regulations of the SEC or GAAP, as applicable.
General Financial Statement Requirements. All information provided by Genworth or any of its Subsidiaries to GE pursuant to this Article IV shall be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with the procedures and practices in effect prior to the Closing Date with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by GEFA to GE (and where appropriate, as presently presented in financial and other reports delivered to the board of directors of GE), with such changes therein as may be reasonably requested by GE from time to time, and any changes in such procedures or practices that are required in order to comply with the rules and regulations of the SEC, as applicable.

All information provided by TPC or any of its subsidiaries to Citigroup pursuant to Sections 6.1(c)-(j) inclusive, shall be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with the procedures and practices in effect on the date hereof with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by TPC and its subsidiaries to Citigroup (and where appropriate, as presently presented in financial and other reports delivered to the Board of Directors of Citigroup), with such changes therein as may be reasonably requested by Citigroup from time to time, unless changes in such procedures or practices are required in order to comply with the rules and regulations of the SEC, as applicable.

All information provided by any member of the OWW Affiliated Group to Travelport pursuant to Sections 4.2(c)-(i) inclusive, shall be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with the procedures and practices in effect on the date hereof with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by any member of the OWW Affiliated Group to Travelport (and where appropriate, as presently presented in financial and other reports delivered to the Board of Directors or management of Travelport), with such changes therein as may be reasonably requested by Travelport from time to time, unless changes in such procedures or practices are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the SEC, as applicable.

All information provided by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to any member of the GE Group pursuant to this Article V shall be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with the procedures and practices in effect prior to the Closing Date with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by the Company to any member of the GE Group (and where appropriate, as presently presented in financial and other reports delivered to the board of directors of GE or GECC), with such changes therein as may be reasonably requested by GECC from time to time, and any changes in such procedures or practices that are required in order to comply with the rules and regulations of the SEC, as applicable.

All information provided by Agency Markets or any of its Subsidiaries to Liberty Mutual or any member of the Liberty Mutual Affiliated Group pursuant to Section 6.1(c) — (j) inclusive, shall be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with the procedures and practices in effect on the Effective Date with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by Agency Markets and its Subsidiaries to Liberty Mutual (and where appropriate, as presently presented in financial and other reports delivered to the board of directors of Liberty Mutual Holding Company Inc.), with such changes therein as may be reasonably requested by Liberty Mutual from time to time, unless changes in such format, detail, procedures or practices are required in order to comply with the rules and regulations of the SEC, as applicable.
General Financial Statement Requirements. All information ---------------------------------------- provided by AFG or any of its Subsidiaries to PLMI pursuant to Sections 6.1(c)- (g) inclusive shall be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with the procedures in effect on the date hereof with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by AFG and its Subsidiaries to PLMI (and, where appropriate, as presently presented in financial and other reports delivered to the Board of Directors of PLMI), with such changes therein as may be reasonably requested by PLMI from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions of this paragraph (h) shall be inapplicable at any time when PLMI is providing AFG hereunder the services specified in Item (10) of Exhibit A hereto.
General Financial Statement Requirements. All information ---------------------------------------- provided by NFS or any of its Subsidiaries to Nationwide pursuant to Sections 6.l(c)-(h) shall be consistent in all material respects with the format and detail and otherwise with the procedures and practices in effect on the date hereof with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by NFS and its Subsidiaries to Nationwide, with such changes therein as may be reasonably requested by Nationwide from time to time, unless changes in such procedures or practices are required in order to comply with the rules and regulations of the SEC or any other applicable regulatory authority, as applicable.
General Financial Statement Requirements. All information provided by the Company or any of its subsidiaries to Cognizant pursuant to this Section 3.1 shall be consistent in all material respects with the format and detail and otherwise with the procedures and practices in effect on the date hereof with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by the Company and its subsidiaries to Cognizant, with such changes therein as may be reasonably requested by Cognizant from time to time, unless changes in such procedures or practices are required in order to comply with GAAP, the rules and regulations of the SEC or any other applicable regulatory authority, as applicable.
General Financial Statement Requirements. All information provided by Assurant or any of its subsidiaries to Fortis pursuant to Sections 3.01(a) (with the exception of the last sentence of Section 3.01(a)), (b), (c) and (d) shall be consistent in terms of format and detail with the practices in effect on the date hereof with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by Assurant and its subsidiaries to Fortis (and where appropriate, as presently presented in financial and other reports delivered to the Board of Directors of Fortis), with such changes therein as may be agreed to by Fortis and Assurant from time to time, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld.
