For employees hired on or before September 10, 2010, who participated in the Hourly Savings Plan as of September 10, 2010, and for employees hired after September 10, 2010, the Company matching contribution will be 50% of the employee’s contribution up to a maximum of six percent (6%) of the employee’s pay (a maximum Company contribution of 3% per pay period).
