Future Registered Trademarks. If any Trademark registration is issued hereafter to any Debtor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office or any equivalent government agency or office in any applicable foreign jurisdiction, within 30 days of receipt of such registration such Debtor shall deliver a copy of such registration, and a grant of security in such Trademark to Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be satisfactory to Collateral Agent.
Future Registered Trademarks. If any xxxx registration issues hereafter to a Grantor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, then, in accordance with Section 4.8(a) hereof, within ten Business Days of such issuance such Grantor shall deliver to the Administrative Agent an updated Perfection Certificate, together with a copy of evidence of such issuance, and a grant of security in such xxxx to the Administrative Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Future Registered Trademarks. If any trademark registration issues hereafter to a Grantor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within thirty (30) days of receipt of such certificate such Grantor shall deliver a copy of such certificate and an updated Exhibit B to Annex I and, if Annex I has previously been filed, an agreement in proper form for filing, modifying Annex I to include such Trademark.
Future Registered Trademarks. If any Trademark registration issues hereafter to a Grantor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, then, in accordance with Section 4.8(a), such Grantor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent an updated Schedule 3.8, and a grant of security in such Trademark or to the Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof.
Future Registered Trademarks. If any xxxx registration issues hereafter to a Debtor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, such Debtor shall deliver to the Secured Party an updated Schedule 3, together with a copy of such certificate, and, if requested by the Secured Party, a grant of security in such xxxx to the Secured Party, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be in form and substance acceptable to the Secured Party.
Future Registered Trademarks. If any xxxx registration is issued hereafter to a Grantor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, then, along with updates to the Perfection Certificate required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.01(l) of the Credit Agreement, such Grantor shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a grant of security in such xxxx to the Administrative Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Future Registered Trademarks. If any xxxx registration issued hereafter to any Grantor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, then, in accordance with Section 4.06(a), within ten (10) Local Business Days of receipt of such certificate, such Grantor shall deliver to the Secured Party an updated Perfection Certificate, together with a copy of such certificate, and a grant of security in such xxxx to the Secured Party, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Secured Party.
Future Registered Trademarks. If any mark registration is issued hereafter to a Grantor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, then, within ten (10) Business Days (or such longer period as agreed to by the Administrative Agent) of such issuance such Grantor shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a grant of security in such mark to the Administrative Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Future Registered Trademarks. If any xxxx registration issues hereafter to Grantor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, then, within ten business days thereof Grantor shall deliver to the Lender an updated Schedule 8, and a grant of security in such xxxx to the Lender, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof.
Future Registered Trademarks. If any Trademark registration issues hereafter to any Grantor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the PTO or any similar office or agency of any jurisdiction, or if any Grantor acquires any Trademarks, then within thirty (30) days of receipt of any certificate evidencing such registration or the effectiveness of the acquisition thereof, as appropriate, such Grantor shall deliver a copy of such certificate or sufficient documents to evidence such acquisition, and a grant of a security interest in such xxxx to the Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder substantially in the form of Annex 1 hereto.
