Future Registered Marks. If any Xxxx registration is issued hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within 30 days of receipt of such certificate, such Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for security in such Xxxx, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the assignment for security in such Xxxx to the Collateral Agent hereunder, the form of such security to be substantially the same as the form hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Future Registered Marks. If any Xxxx registration issues hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office or equivalent governmental agency in any foreign jurisdiction, within thirty (30) days of receipt of such certificate such Assignor shall deliver a copy of such certificate, and a grant of security in such Xxxx to the Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof.
Future Registered Marks. If any Mark xxxistration is issued hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within thirty (30) days of receipt of such certificate, such Assignor shall deliver a copy of such certificate, and a grant of security in such mark xx the Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
Future Registered Marks. If any Trademark registration issues hereafter to any Pledgor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within thirty (30) days of receipt of such certificate such Pledgor shall deliver a copy of such certificate, and a grant of security interest in such Trademark to the Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof.
Future Registered Marks. If any Xxxx registration issues hereafter to a Debtor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within 60 days of receipt of such certificate, such Debtor shall deliver to the Purchasers a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for security in such Xxxx, to the Purchasers and at the expense of such Debtor, confirming the assignment for security in such Xxxx to the Purchasers hereunder, in such form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers.
Future Registered Marks. Each Assignor shall, on a quarterly basis, deliver to the Collateral Agent (a) a copy of each Xxxx registration issued after the date hereof to such Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and (b) a grant of security in such Xxxx to the Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof.
Future Registered Marks. If any Mark xxxistration issues hereafter to any Debtor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within sixty (60) days of receipt of such certificate, such Debtor shall deliver to the Agent a copy of such certificate, and an assignment for security in such Mark, xx the Agent and at the expense of such Debtor, confirming the assignment for security 7 8 in such Mark xx the Agent hereunder, the form of such security to be substantially the same as the form hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

If any Xxxx registration issues hereafter to any Grantor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, within 30 days of receipt of such certificate, such Grantor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of such certificate, and a grant of security in such Xxxx to the Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be satisfactory to the Collateral Agent hereunder, the form of such grant of security to be substantially the same as the form hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
