Common use of Funerals Clause in Contracts

Funerals. a. In accordance with (1) and (2) below, employees shall be allowed pay for absence from scheduled time because of death in their immediate family. Payment for such absent time shall consist of basic pay and any extra payments for night work which would otherwise have been received had the regular scheduled tour been worked.
