Mandatory Conditions (a) Should the Employee or the Union fail to comply with any time limit in the grievance procedure, the grievance will be considered to be abandoned, unless the Parties have mutually agreed in writing to extend the time limits.

PRICING CONDITIONS County agrees to pay Contractor for all services required herein as prescribed, fixed at the submitted pricing, which shall include reimbursement for all expenses incurred. No other expenses shall be paid to Contractor without formal approval of the County’s Board of Supervisors or its authorized agent. Training Conditions 3.1 The Trainee shall attend an approved training course or training program prescribed in the Training Agreement or as notified to the trainee by the relevant State or Territory Training Authority in accredited and relevant Traineeship Schemes.
Existing Conditions Tenant accepts the Property in its condition as of the execution of the Lease, subject to all recorded matters, laws, ordinances, and governmental regulations and orders. Except as provided herein, Tenant acknowledges that neither Landlord nor any agent of Landlord has made any representation as to the condition of the Property or the suitability of the Property for Tenant's intended use. Tenant represents and warrants that Tenant has made its own inspection of and inquiry regarding the condition of the Property and is not relying on any representations of Landlord or any Broker with respect thereto. TEACHING CONDITIONS The parties recognize that the availability of optimum school facilities for both student and teacher is desirable to insure the high quality of education that is the goal of both the teacher and the Board. It is also acknowledged that the primary duty and responsibility of the teacher is to teach and that the organization of the school and the school day should be directed at insuring that the energy of the teacher is primarily utilized to this end.
