Full-Time & Part-time complement. (a) It is agreed and recognized by both the Union and the Employer that the business of the Employer is subject to fluctuations according to the day of the week or month, and time of day, resulting in business peaks, for this reason, it is necessary to employ both regular employees referred to as full-time employees and part-time employees.
