FTTE. These time allowances are for advice and guidance purposes.
FTTE. Subject to subclause 4.5.2 below, the salary of a part-time teacher shall be a proportion of the step in the base scale that the teacher would receive if employed full-time. The number of hours for which payment is made is the sum of the number of class contact hours plus any timetabled non- contact time. This sum shall be increased by 11 percent which is equal to an additional payment of one hour for each nine timetabled hours.
