Common use of Freelancers Clause in Contracts

Freelancers. A freelancer is defined as one who is hired for a particular project or projects not to exceed sixty (60) consecutive working days in length and is covered by the OECA/CEP Local 700 Freelance Agreement as negotiated by the parties. The Authority agrees to hire such freelancers in accordance with the terms of the OECA/CEP Local 700 Agreement, as long as such Agreement continues to operate.
