Overscale Sample Clauses
The Overscale clause defines the procedures and consequences when a project or service exceeds the originally agreed-upon scale or scope. In practice, this clause typically outlines how additional work, resources, or costs will be managed if the client requests more than what was initially specified, such as increasing the volume of deliverables or expanding the project's reach. Its core function is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of how to handle situations where the project's requirements grow, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring fair compensation for extra work.
