Four Day Work Week Schedule. i. Upon the request of either party, the decision to change the work week to a four day work week schedule may be considered. The normal hours of work shall be between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30 pm with one-half (½) hour for lunch. The one-half (½) hour lunch break shall be taken within one half hour of mid shift.
