Employees shall accrue four (4) weeks of vacation annually after the completion of 286 full-time biweekly pay periods (11 years) of continuous employment and until completion of 520 full-time biweekly pay periods (20 years) of continuous employment, up to a maximum balance of eight (8) weeks.
