Forms of Agreement. Each repurchase agreement transaction entered into by a Fund shall be subject to a signed written agreement utilizing the Bond Market Association standard form of repurchase agreement (and, in the case of a tri-party agreement, an agreement containing substantially similar terms for the underlying transaction, the form of which (including any modification to the standard PSA form) shall be reviewed and approved by the Investment Adviser’s Legal Department. Any tri-party agreements shall be with subcustodians approved by the Fund’s Boards.
