Foreign staff, labour and Repatriation. The Contractor may import to the country where Works are executed any personnel who are necessary for the execution of Works. The Contractor must ensure that these personnel are provided with the required residence visas and work permits. The Contractor shall be responsible for the return to the place where they were recruited or to their domicile of all such persons as he recruited and employed for the purposes of or in connection with the contract and he shall maintain such persons as are to be so returned in a suitable manner until they shall have left the site.
