Common use of Flight Benefits Clause in Contracts

Flight Benefits. After a Separation From Service, Company will provide flight benefits (x) on flights operated by Company as to which no permission is required from any other airline and (y) will request and use reasonable efforts to cause Delta Airlines (and any other of Company's customers requested by Executive) to extend travel benefits, (i) to Executive and his family for two years following termination of Executive’s employment (aa) by Company upon Disability or for other than Cause, (bb) by Executive upon a Change in Control or (cc) by Executive for Good Reason and (ii) to Executive’s family for two years following termination of this Agreement upon Executive’s death.
