Flexible Work Hours/Modified Work Week. The Employer shall, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize a flexible working hours schedule if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of employees in a unit have requested and wish to participate in such a schedule and the operation of the service is not adversely affected.
