Common use of Flexible Time Off Clause in Contracts

Flexible Time Off. Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the standard written policies of the Company with regard to senior executives, but in no event less than twenty-five (25) days, per calendar year.

Flexible Time Off. The Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the standard written policies of the Company with regard to its senior executivesofficers, but in no event less than twenty-five twenty (2520) days, days per calendar yearyear not including, and in addition to, weekends and statutory holidays.

Flexible Time Off. Flexible Time Off. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid flexible time off in accordance with the standard written policies Company’s flexible time off policy, as it may be amended from time to time, provided, that for the purposes of the Company’s flexible time off policy, Executive shall be credited with five (5) years of service. Any flexible time off shall be taken at the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and Executive. Holidays shall be provided in accordance with regard Company policy, as in effect from time to senior executives, but in no event less than twenty-five (25) days, per calendar yeartime.
