Fleet Maintenance Tools. a. An employee required to provide their own hand and diagnostic tools necessary to perform the essential functions of their position shall be eligible for the reimbursement (up to $1,000 per fiscal year) for the cost of tools that wear out or are damaged in use on City equipment. The reimbursement allowance does not compound or roll over from one fiscal year to the next.
