Common use of First Full Year of Service Clause in Contracts

First Full Year of Service. On January 1st of the first full calendar year of employment, employees will be deemed to have earned their vacation credit in accordance with this provision, in full, which may be scheduled at any time during such first full year of employment in accordance with the terms of this agreement. If an employee terminates their employment with the City prior to reaching January 1st of the first full calendar year of employment no terminal pay will be made for such vacation time.
