FIRST AID STATION.  The First Aid station must be staffed by at least one adult continuously throughout the contest, from the time of the first performance until the end of Retreat, including all dinner and break times.  The primary role of the First Aid Station is to assess the severity of an injury and determine if emergency medical care is needed. Fire Rescue (911) must be summoned in any of the following situations: o Unconsciousness, for any amount of time, even momentary o Any type of head injury o Difficulty in breathing o Chest pain or rapid pulse o Confusion or disorientation  The First Aid station should be located in an air conditioned area near the gymnasium, and be capable of dealing with simple injuries such as small cuts, sprains, muscle spasm, injured fingers or toes, lightheadedness, and nausea. A cot, air mattress, or chaise lounge should be available for performers who need to lie down as well as ice packs and water. Never directly administer any oral medication to a student, including over-the-counter pain relievers, or any type of inhaler. JUDGES, SFWGA CONTEST STAFF ROOMThe Host must maintain a Judges and SFWGA Contest Staff Hospitality Room that will be used during pre-contest preparations, meals and breaks.  The room should be located near to the gym for easy and fast access (some breaks are only five minutes in duration).  The room must be available continuously throughout the contest, beginning one hour prior to the first performance, concluding at the end of critique.  Since judges typically use break and dinner times to validate scores, access to this room must be restricted to judges, SFWGA contest staff, and the Host Volunteer(s) that oversee the room. Access to the hospitality room by the public, instructors, performers, parents and other volunteers must not be permitted at any time. At least one adult volunteer must be on duty at all times to supervise access to the hospitality room.  Light snacks and beverages should be provided from one hour prior to the first performance through duration of the contest. A full dinner must be provided during the dinner break. Since Judges and Staff are limited in their ability to leave the contest area, they must be permitted to bring food and beverages into the gymnasium. A cooler with water/soda should be provided at the tabulation table. In addition, the Host’s volunteers should periodically check with Judges and Staff for any needs.   • First Aid Kits The Employer shall provide an area, equipped with a first-aid kit, for the use of Employees taken ill during working hours.

  • First Aid The employer will appoint an employee who holds a current First Aid certificate and who is covered by this agreement as first aid attendant. Any first aid chest, box or cupboard provided by the employer will be in control of that employee and his/her name will be made known throughout the establishment in which he/she is employed and will be inscribed on the first aid chest, box or cupboard.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Seat Belt Use The Recipient agrees to implement Executive Order No. 13043, “Increasing Seat Belt Use in the United States,” April 16, 1997, 23 U.S.C. § 402 note, (62 Fed. Reg. 19217), by:

  • Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Network Facilities At the time of termination, the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Entities shall keep in place any portion of the Interconnection Facilities that the Transmission Provider deems necessary for the safety, integrity and/or reliability of the Transmission System. Otherwise, Transmission Provider may, in its discretion, within 30 days following termination of Interconnection Service, require the removal of all or any part of the Interconnection Facilities.
