FIRING OF DISPLAY a. Seller agrees to furnish all necessary fireworks display materials and personnel for a professional fireworks display in accordance with the Fireworks Program approved by the Parties. Seller agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to the storing and displaying of fireworks. Seller, with Xxxxx’s assistance, shall obtain any necessary permits for the fireworks display.

FIRING OF DISPLAY a. Buyer is solely responsible for providing an appropriate location for the safe setup and discharge of display fireworks. Seller may, at Xxxxx’s request, aid in determining whether a proposed display site is appropriate for the items and dimensions selected by Buyer, but Buyer remains solely responsible for the selection and appropriate use of firework materials at its display.
