Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.
Certification of claims by Statutory Auditors Any claim or document provided by the Concessionaire to the Authority in connection with or relating to receipts, income, payments, costs, expenses, accounts or audit, and any matter incidental thereto shall be valid and effective only if certified by its Statutory Auditors. For the avoidance of doubt, such certification shall not be required for exchange of information in the normal course of business including the submission of Monthly Fee Statements under Clause 19.5.
SAVINGS AND SEPARABILITY If any Article or section of this Agreement, or supplement thereto, should be held invalid by operation of law or by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or if compliance with or enforcement of any Article or section should be restrained by such tribunal, the remainder of this Agreement and supplements shall not be affected thereby, and the parties shall enter into collective bargaining negotiations for the purpose of arriving at a mutually-satisfactory replacement for such Article or section.
PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION BENEFITS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS The following items are limited or excluded from your Prescription Medication coverage:
EXCLUSION OF CIVIL SERVICE MATTERS The grievance procedure herein established shall have no application to matters over which the Civil Service Commission has jurisdiction pursuant to the County Charter or rules adopted thereunder.
CONCLUSION OF NEGOTIATIONS A. The State and MSEA-SEIU agree that this Agreement concludes all collective negotiations during its term. Neither party will during the term of this Agreement seek to unilaterally modify its terms through legislation or other means which may be available to them.
CIVIL SERVICE RULES Nothing in Section 1 and 2 of this Article shall limit the Director of Human Resources or the appointing authority’s discretion to implement layoffs pursuant to Civil Service Rules.
Non-Liability of Officials, Employees and Agents No member, official, employee, or agent of the County Board shall be personally liable to the Grantee in the event of any default or breach by the County Board for any amount that may become due to the Grantee or its successors or assigns under the terms of this Agreement.
Description of Goods or Services and Additional Terms and Conditions The Contractor shall perform as set forth in Exhibit A. For purposes of this Contract, to perform and the performance in Exhibit A is referred to as “Perform” and the “Performance.”
