Financing Eligibility. The Client has received a [loan/grant] from the Caribbean Development Bank: toward the cost of the Services and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this [loan/grant] to eligible payments under this Agreement, it being understood that: payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Client and upon approval by the Bank; such payments will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the [loan/grant] agreement, including prohibitions of withdrawal from the [loan/grant] account for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of the Bank, is prohibited by the decision of the UN Security council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the UN; and no party other than the Client shall derive any rights from the [loan/grant] agreement or have any claim to the [loan/grant] proceeds.

  • Funding Eligibility Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code, except as exempted under that Chapter, HHSC cannot contract with an abortion provider or an affiliate of an abortion provider. Contractor certifies that it is not ineligible to contract with HHSC under the terms of Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code.

  • Continuing Eligibility To continue health benefits, a permanent intermittent employee must be credited with a minimum of 480 paid hours in a control period or 960 paid hours in two consecutive control periods.

  • Special Eligibility The following employees also receive an Employer Contribution:

  • Member Eligibility Verify Member eligibility contemporaneous with the rendering of services. BCBS will provide systems and/or methods for verification of eligibility and benefit coverage for Members. This is furnished as a service and not as a guarantee of payment;
