Financial Goals Percentage. A percentage based on 2021 performance against the Earnings Per Share and Free Cash Flow targets shown below (the “Financial Goals Percentage”) shall be calculated. The Financial Goals Percentage equals the sum of the Earnings Per Share Factor plus the Free Cash Flow Factor, with each such Factor weighted 50% of the total as shown in the table below. If performance for a Factor is below the threshold level, that factor will be 0%. If performance for a Factor is above Exhibit 10(c) the maximum level, that Factor will be capped at 50% of 175%, or 87.5%. If performance is between the threshold and target, or between the target and maximum, the percentage will be determined by interpolation.   • PERCENTAGE GOAL The goal for Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) participation in the work to be performed under this contract is 23.7 % of the contract amount.
