Annual Performance Bonus definition

Annual Performance Bonus means an Award of cash or Shares granted under Section 4.4 of the Plan that is paid solely on account of the attainment of a specified performance target in relation to one or more Performance Measures.
Annual Performance Bonus has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Annual Performance Bonus means the Executive’s current annual performance incentive bonus at the applicable maximum achievable Performance Level, whether consisting of cash or Stock Awards, as determined by the Board of Directors or Compensation Committee on an annual basis.

More Definitions of Annual Performance Bonus

Annual Performance Bonus means an Award described in Section 4.4 of the Plan.
