Common use of FINANCIAL CONSULTING AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

FINANCIAL CONSULTING AGREEMENT. On the First Closing Date and simultaneously with the delivery of the Firm Securities, the Company shall execute and deliver to Maidstone an agreement with Maidstone, or its representative, in the form previously delivered to the Company by Maidstone, regarding the services of Maidstone or its representative a financial consultant to the Company (the "Financial Consulting Agreement"), for a twenty-four month period commencing as of the date hereof at a fee equal to $4,416.67 per month which shall be paid in its entirety on the First Closing Date.
